Reflection
Overall this particular culture was very interesting to learn about. I never knew who the Hittites were until I did all of my research. They built great monuments, were protective people and were the first to build iron with weapons. They fought the Egyptians to keep their land or either to take theirs (depending on their mood). Men were courageous and women were brave. They were originally hunters, farmers, gathers and blacksmiths'. They got sold into slavery by Egyptians but they fought back brave and strong. One thing I learned about this culture is don't ever show your fear to the enemy. They know when you're at your weakest. even with the rule of kings, the people knew this suffering had to end. It wasn't only just for them, but for the new generation. If you come together as a "nation" then you can achieve bigger and better things like the production of iron. This moved them from making everything with bronze to iron. If it weren't for them and their wonderful creation where would the world be today?
